Okay, I'm getting my first PSP today and it is one of the old Fatboys. A buddy of mine is giving me a crazy deal on his, so I'm not going to pass it up. Anyways, HQ_hacker_girl, you said to come back to see you when I was ready, and now I'm ready. I should be getting it tonight, so I'll need some assistance hopefully tonight or tomorrow to try and get a mod up and running. Will you be my guiding light through this process? _________________

Thanks for the quick reply. I wasn't able to get it last night, but I should be getting it today or tomorrow. I'm going to be patient seeing as how he's selling me the psp with two 08 games and a car adapter and wall charger for $85. Am I going to need a memory stick to store emus on it or other info I might need? I'm gonna go to game stop and see what kind of stuff they have on sale. _________________

Hi Dkoots, Hacker girl had to go visit her nan said she will be gone for six days and ask me to keep eye on forums and help out.
I First of all you need to know the firmware on it so we will know what mode of mod we will need to help you with.
As for as what you will need you will need the usb cord for psp to connect it to you pc.
As for the mem stick that depends on what all you want to be able to do with it.
If you are goin to want alot of emu and roms as well as music and possibly movies and apps on it, I recommend goin ahead and getting the 4 gig mem stick they are only $64. How ever if you aren't goin to want alot of th ing on it at once a 2 gig stick.
I currently have a 1 gig and t is a pain having to remove games that I am still playing so I can load a new game on it to play also.
BAck up psp games most of themare at least 1 gig and alot are over 1 gig.So if you want o beable to have all the emu and roms you want as well as back up psp games onthier I would go woth at least a 2 gig if you don't wantto spend $64 on the 4 gig.
