Yes, psp aid is the fastest and simplest way to install the CFW. All you have to do is have the battery ready and after you have downloaded it and extracted it. Is locate the psp installer folder and run the psp installer exe and then select what you want to install then just follow the installer. If you have question about something you can either check the read me or check back here with your question and will help you.

Instaling the custom firmware can be easy. DJB has released a new prgram if you want to use it is designed to prepare your PSP Memory Stick to be used with the Pandora Battery.

Check it out here: http://www.psp-hq.com/postt252.html

With finding a CFW it all depends on what you want out of it. Different CFW's suite different people with their needs.

So with finding one let us know on what you want and we can fix it for ya ;)
