After a small break, here's the latest version of PSP Installer Deluxe.
I've structured the package a bit differently this time around, I've included BOTH 3.03 OE-C and 3.40 OE-A Firmwares. The reason behind this is because it's a known fact that 3.03 OE-C is more favoured with people that prefer to customise the XMB a bit more, however the 3.40 OE-A is still capable of doing some of this and providing the latest Firmware.
In addition, the Applications and Emulators are only set up to be used with the 2.71 SE or 3.xx OE Firmware, meaning that they are installed at PSP/GAME150/.
A huge clean-up has been done on the Applications and Emulators, where a lot of newer programs have been added too.
Hope you enjoy this release.
How To Use
Run the installer and follow the on-screen prompts. When it asks you for a location to install the files, make sure that your PSP is connected up to your PC, and that you select the Drive that your PSP is showing up as.
Make sure you only select what you want to install. By default everything is selected, but ofcourse you don't need it all. Below are a few exmples of how to install this:
1.50 Users: If you want to update your PSP to 3.03 OE-C or 3.40 OE-A, select the Firmware installer from the 1.50 section. Run the firmware installer and you'll be running the latest Custom Firmware.
2.71SE / 3.xx OE Users: If you want to update your PSP to 3.03 OE-C or 3.40 OE-A, select the Firmware installer from the 2.71/3.xx section. Run the firmware installer and you'll be running the latest Custom Firmware.
The Applications and Emulators are best used on 3.40 OE-A or 3.03 OE-C, however they should also still run on 2.71 SE.

Just follow the instructions provided:
Code:
Update Flasher for 2.71 by Dark_AleX
------------------------------------
WARNING: this program writes to the flash. The author is not responsable of any damage that happens to your psp, since this software is free and unlicensed.
This tool enables a 2.71 running HEN C to downgrade to any version from 1.50-2.70 or to reflash the own 2.71.
Theoretically, TA-082 users could downgrade to 2.70/2.60/2.50.
Ta-082 users: DO NOT TEST anything below 2.50.
This downgrader is safer, faster, and a lot easier to use than the previous downgraders.
It also makes a clean firmware install, since this time there is a format of flash0 (just like sce updaters do).
Instructions:
------------
- Copy the contents inside MS_ROOT to the root of your memstick.
- Get the EBOOT.PBP of the update you want to install, and copy it with the name of "UPDATE.PBP" to /PSP/GAME/UPDATE

Any iso, cso's.. games put in the "ISO" file only!
Psx games go to "Game" file only.
