Release Notes:
Welcome to the latest release of PSPID.
This release includes the 3.10 OE-A and OE-A2 updates, also the 3.11 POPSLoader (PS1 Loader) which will bring your PSP completely up-to-date.
I have decided to remove the Apps and Emulators for the 1.50 Firmware, mainly because I think more and more people are now using this new custom firmware, so there seems no need for it anymore.
How to use:
Run the installer and follow the on-screen prompts. When it asks you for a location to install the files, make sure that your PSP is connected up to your PC, and that you select the Drive that your PSP is showing up as.
There are two types of ways the programs are copied to the PSP:
1.50: Designed for 1.50 Users only, installs the programs to PSP\GAME150\
3.10: Designed for users of Dark_AleX's custom firmwares (2.71 SE, 3.0x OE), installs the programs to \PSP\GAME150\
Make sure you only select what you want to install. By default everything is selected, but ofcourse you don't need it all. Below are a few exmples of how to install this:
1.50 User: If you want to update your PSP to 3.10 OE-A2, select the Firmware installer from the 1.50 section, and the updates from the 2.71SE/3.0xOE section. Run the firmware installer and then the updates. For your Applications and Emulators, install them from the 3.10 section.
2.71SE User: If you want to update your PSP to 3.10 OE-A2, select the Firmware installer and the updates from the 3.10 section. Run the firmware installer and then the updates. For your Applications and Emulators, install from the 3.10 section.
3.02OE User: Same as 2.71 SE users.
3.03OE-A/OE-A2 User: Install the Updates from the 2.71SE/3.0xOE section if desired. For your Applications and Emulators, install from the 2.71SE/3.0xOE section.
Emulator Notes:
CPS1PSP, CPS2PSP, DGEN, GPSP, MAMEPSP, NCDZPSP, NesterJ, NGEPSP, PSPectrum, PSPMSX, ScummVM-PSP, and Snes9xTYL were fixed by Grit, and extra icon graphics by Pochi.
For the 2.71SE and 3.0xOE installations, you should check GAME150 instaed of GAME for the emulators.
* The ROMS can be installed anywhere on the memory card.

hi, im quite new to psp fw upgrading
i have a v1.5 and have installed Devhook 0.51 to it. i am still using the old way of playing iso, not by using the custom fw.
if i were to install this PSPID. is there anything i have to take note?
Am i right to say that my psp have been flashed once since i installed Devhook. do i need to revert it back to clean v1.5 state (unflash) ?

Firstly read the documentation that comes with it (obviously) .Learn what it does, and how to apply it. Basically all PSPID does it copy the files to your Memory Stick for your PSP, you still have to execute the custom firmware installer etc from your PSP.
Yes your PSP has been flashed with the new Devhook, but you are still running the normal 1.50 firmware when you're not using Devhook correct? If so, there shouldn't be any problem at all, but if you wish to uninstall the flash from devhook it might not be a bad idea. After you have 3.10 OE installed, you'll throw devhook away (except maybe for one or two exceptions in the future).
I have firmware 2.60 currently. What do I need to do to to use this program?

Firstly you'll need to upgrade you PSP to 3.03 firmware, then use a downgrader to get back to 1.50. Only when you have 1.50 can you start using the custom firmwares on this package and all the programs included.

Sorry but I haven't put a downgrader in the installer package, but it shouldn't be too hard to find. Just leave another msg here if you get stuck.
Thanks! Worked great. Upgraded to 2.71. Used 2.71 downgrader. Then used PSPID 2.0 to get to 3.10OE-A. Everything good.
One follow-up question: Removed Sorry for the misunderstanding.

I'd say doing a clean format on your memory stick might help you out, but I don't know for sure. Just make sure you back up everything you want from the memory stick before you format. _________________ The Official AID-SID-PSPID Bit Torrent Tracker Donations Welcome

I read somewhere that with the 3.1 oe-a´fw you don´t need devhook to run your backups from the ms, this is for real? how?
If not how to run them from devhook?
I install devhook from pspid, but I can´t read the readme file.
thanks[/img] _________________ Xbox 1.0

Yes thats true you dont need devhook with the custom firmwares, as they load the ISO/CSO files and put them in your Game -> Memory Stick folder.

In Game, Game150 or Game310?

It's only there for some games which may not work with the custom firmwares.
I have fifa 07, gta liberty, wwe vs raw and starwars Lethal games, but neither of them run in 3.1 oe-a fw nor devhook. Do you know if these ones runs?
I think is how I compressed de ISO, I´d tried with Iso Compressor but it shows: "System Error &H8007007E (-2147024770)."
so aim using UMDgen. Any suggestion?

ISOs need to be stored in a folder ISO or ISOS (depends i think, try both) on the root.
